PRAIMO PES Filter Cartridge is a high-performance membrane filtration element manufactured using premium Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane for critical liquid filtration applications. Its hydrophilic PES membrane provides high filtration efficiency, excellent chemical compatibility, high flow capacity and low pressure drop. The pleated PES membrane construction provides increased effective filtration surface area and high dirt-holding capacity, helping maintain reliable filtration performance and longer service intervals. The cartridge is designed for demanding applications requiring clean and consistent process fluids, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, electronics, chemical processing and water-treatment applications. The pleated membrane structure increases filtration surface area while maintaining high flow and low pressure drop. The cartridge incorporates a polypropylene support core and slotted outer support cage to provide structural stability and protect the membrane during operation. Thermally welded end caps with suitable O-ring sealing provide a secure and leak-resistant connection.
