Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 99 Distributor, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order cancellations, refunds, and returns, applicable to all purchases made through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  2. To cancel, contact us immediately via email, WhatsApp, or the “My Orders” section on your account.
  3. If the order is not yet packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

b. After Dispatch

  1. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. In such cases, you may initiate a return/refund after delivery (if eligible under Return Policy).

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Order cancelled before dispatch
  2. Prepaid order not delivered due to address/pincode service issues
  3. Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  4. Item not received but marked as delivered by courier (upon verification)

b. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, credit card, bank account).
  2. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will be asked to provide bank/UPI details for refund.
  3. Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval and confirmation.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Reason for Return Condition
Damaged/Defective product Raise request within 48 hours
Wrong item received Raise request within 48 hours
Expired or missing itemsRaise request within 48 hours

Return Procedure:

  • Contact our customer support with your order ID and issue details.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (mandatory).
  • If eligible, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you for return.
  • Once the item is received and verified, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Products purchased under clearance/sale offers
  2. Used or damaged items not due to our fault
  3. Opened cosmetics, personal care, or hygiene-related products
  4. Customized or made-to-order items
  5. Distributor bulk orders (unless defective)

5. Bulk Order & Distributor Refunds

For B2B or distributor orders:

  1. Cancellation post-payment is subject to approval by our logistics/warehouse team
  2. In case of approved cancellation, a processing fee (if any) may be deducted
  3. Refund timelines for bulk orders may extend up to 10–12 working days
