  2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
  3. Order Verification: In some cases, we may require additional verification before the order is processed (e.g., high-value orders, incomplete address, or phone verification).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer shipping across India through reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Standard Orders:
    1. ₹99–₹99 (depending on weight & pincode)
    2. Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (retail)
  2. Bulk Orders (B2B/Distributor):
    1. Shipping cost calculated at checkout or confirmed via phone/email based on volume and location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website or directly on the courier's website.

5. Address and Delivery Issues

  1. Please ensure all shipping information (name, address, pincode, phone number) is accurate.
  2. 99 Distributor is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  1. Local courier service disruptions
  2. Weather or natural calamities
  3. Festive season traffic
  4. Remote/non-serviceable area issues

In such cases, we will notify you and provide updates as available.

7. International Shipping

Currently, 99distributor.com does not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India. For special requests or future partnerships, please contact our customer support.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  3. We will investigate and offer a resolution (replacement/refund/store credit)
